Report a message or organization
In a conversation, press and hold a message (or tap ⋯) and choose Report. On an organization's page, tap ⋯ → Report. Choose a reason. Snowfall gets a copy of what you report and reviews every report within 24 hours, including during storms. It removes content that breaks the Terms, and can suspend or remove the account that posted it. You can also email or call us.
Block an organization
On the organization's page, tap ⋯ → Block. The connection ends right away, you stop seeing each other in the directory, and neither of you can send new requests or messages.
Delete your account
Account → Delete my account, then confirm. Your Snowfall App seat, profile, organization membership, road issues, Snowfall direct-line threads and notification tokens are removed right away. Messages you sent to another organization stay in that conversation, shown as from your organization, without your name. If you are your organization's last member, its listing, connections and conversations are deleted. Snowfall App, Snowfall Biz and Snowfall Winter Comms share one sign-in. If you don't use the other apps, the sign-in is deleted too. If you do, it stays so they keep working. Can't sign in? Email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it.
